How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry your Custom Pop World Pop didn’t meet your expectations. Please reach out to custompopworld4@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return (or if you’re having trouble returning within the 14-day timeframe), please email custompopworld4@gmail.com
An order number is required.
Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement once we process your return.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a FunkoPop different from what you ordered our apologies! Please email contact@custompopworld.com and we’ll fix it right away.
What if I’m not happy with the product?
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return instructions:
1. Pack the items securely in a box.
2. Place the provided return label on the package, covering any old addresses/barcodes.
3. If no label was provided, contact us at contact@custompopworld.com for assistance.
4. Ship the package via your nearest post office or courier.
⚠️ Important: If your Pop is faulty or damaged, please contact us before sending it back. We’ll help you with the best solution.
📌 Note: If your item wasn’t purchased directly from custompopworld.com, the return policy of the original store applies.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Custom Pop World cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
1. Verify your shipping address.
2. Check if someone (family, neighbor, friend) accepted it for you.
3. Look around your delivery spot mailbox, garage, front/back door, lawn, etc.
4. Look for a delivery attempt notice in your mail.
If still missing, contact the shipping company to start an investigation. We’ll gladly provide any details to help your claim.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us at contact@custompopworld.com.
Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Please note:
Cancellation requests are subject to a €7 processing fee.
We do not accept cancellations from non-European or non-UK customers for a simple change of mind.
